NKH Building Services was founded in 1982. For the last 10 years, the Company's main business activity is concentrated in the areas of pump systems maintenance, plumbing, sanitary and sewage works. It has served the Community in providing building services for various maintenance projects in the public and private sectors. Secondary activities include alteration and addition (A&A) works, upgrading and reinstatement works, preventive maintenance and breakdown maintenance works. Altogether they form part and parcel of the full spectrum of building services that we provide in this field.

Our business partners also include some of the industry's respected and established manufacturers and vendors, engineering firms and professional engineers. We work closely with them in the customization, design, building and implementation of pump, plumbing, sanitary and sewage systems to cater for the needs and requirements of our valued customers.

Timeline & Our Achievements

1982   Ng Kwang Heng Trading founded to provide engineering services for pumps and control panels
1992   Rebranded as NKH Fluid Engineering Pte Ltd to expand towards project based works
1999   NKH Building Services set up to provide maintenance, replacement and dedicated after sales support
2008   Incorporated as NKH Building Services Pte Ltd to grow our business further into the building services sector
2015   Awarded ISO 9001, OHSAS 18001 and BizSafe Star in recognition of our continuing pursuit of excellence and safety
2016   Received PUB Safety Award in recognition of our continued emphasis on safety in our works
